Answering Advantage’s customers are from across the country.

Success for Answering Advantage is based on having two #1’s – the customers and the employees. Current customers are the drive behind recent business growth and are the number one referral source for the company. Because no two customers are the same, all accounts are customized to fit specific needs. A team of “agents of lasting impressions” is trained to deliver and provide the best service possible. Answering Advantage constantly works on maintaining the satisfaction and loyalty of these two key groups through its company culture and the customer experience.

In 2016, Answering Advantage was recognized as a Memphis Business Journal Pacesetter, one of Memphis’ fastest growing companies. Susan was also recognized by the Memphis Business Journal as a “Superwoman.”

In 2015, Answering Advantage was honored with the exclusive ATSI Award of Excellence for the 9th time. This award is presented annually by the Association of TeleServices International (ATSI). Independent judges are contracted by ATSI to evaluate call center benchmarks such as accuracy, response time, courtesy and the overall customer experience. Winning the Award of Excellence is a great source of pride amongst our staff,” Susan says. “It is an external validation of the excellent service they are providing to our customers and their callers.”

Susan is an active member of the Greater Memphis Chamber serving as a Ambassador and as a member of the Small Business Programs Task Force and has served on the board of the Dorothy Day House of Hospitality since 2012 and was the 2014 Board Chair. She is also a member of the Rotary Club of Memphis. She is a Charter Member of the Greater Memphis IT Council. She has been a mentor for students in the Fogelman College of Business in the University of Memphis’ MILE Program and is a member of the Leadership Memphis Class of 2011. She is a member for the Apartment Association of Greater Memphis (and past board member). On a national level, Susan is currently on the Board of Directors for the Startel National Users Group and is a Past-President.
